Hi, I’m Hope. Actually.
An outfit-repeating, Jesus-loving mom of two who’s figuring it out as she goes.

Well, hello there. I’m Hope, and welcome to my little corner of the internet! I’m a Florida lifestyle blogger, Jesus-loving mom of two, chronic outfit repeater, and firm believer that a good outfit and a coffee can turn just about any day around. Welcome to Hope Actually, my little corner of the internet where faith meets fashion, motherhood meets caffeine, and real life is always worth celebrating.
I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years (both literally and figuratively). I’ve been a worship leader, a wife, a business owner, a marketing girl, and now I’m navigating life as a single mom raising two little humans in sunny Sarasota, Florida.
Life looks a whole lot different than I thought it would at 30. But actually? I really love where I am.
So, what is Hope Actually?
I’m glad you asked. As a Florida lifestyle blogger living in sunny Sarasota, I love sharing the little things that make everyday life special—from affordable outfit ideas and thrift store treasures to beach days with my kids, favorite local coffee shops, and everything I’m learning along the way.
Hope Actually is a little bit of everything I love, all in one place.
Think of it as catching up with your girlfriend over coffee. We’ll talk about what we’re wearing, what we’re loving, what we’re learning, and probably what Jesus is teaching us somewhere in between.
Around here, you’ll find:
- Style: Outfit repeating, thrifted treasures, closet staples, and making what you already own feel new again.
- Motherhood: The beautiful, hilarious, occasionally chaotic reality of raising two little humans.
- Beauty & Lifestyle: Things I’m genuinely loving, routines that make life easier, and little finds worth sharing.
- Faith: Because Jesus isn’t just a part of my life. He’s the foundation of it.
- Real Life: Coffee runs, beach days, home projects, music, and whatever else life throws our way.
Less perfection. More personality.

Here’s something you should know about me: I love beautiful things, but I don’t believe you need to buy a whole new life to create one you love.
I’ll wear the same pants six different ways. I’ll thrift before I splurge. I’ll get dressed up for absolutely no reason. And I’ll probably share a link to something I love while simultaneously reminding you that you don’t actually need it.
I think we’ve made life a little too complicated.
Somewhere along the way, we started believing we needed the perfect house, wardrobe, routine, marriage, or morning to be happy.
But I’ve learned that some of the sweetest parts of life happen right in the middle of the mess.
And trust me, there’s been plenty of mess.
My story: starting over in Sarasota, Florida
If you had told me a few years ago what my life would look like today, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
I’ve lived in different cities, chased dreams, fallen in love, become a mother, experienced heartbreak, experienced loss, and had to start over in ways I never expected.
But through every season, one thing has remained constant: God’s faithfulness.
One of the biggest things I’m learning is that I don’t have to have everything figured out. I just have to trust the One who does.
And that’s not just a cute quote for Instagram. It’s something I’m learning to live out every single day.
I’m not here because I’ve mastered motherhood, fashion, faith, or life. I’m here because I haven’t. And I think there’s something really beautiful about figuring it out together.
Why I’m glad you’re here

My hope is that this space feels like a breath of fresh air.
A place where you can find a cute outfit idea without feeling like you need to replace your entire wardrobe.
Where motherhood can be celebrated without pretending it’s always easy.
Where faith is woven into everyday conversations.
And where you leave feeling a little more inspired to enjoy the life you already have.
Because you don’t need a completely different life to find beauty in yours.
Sometimes you just need a fresh perspective, a little creativity, and maybe another coffee.
So whether you’re here for the outfits, the mom-life moments, the faith conversations, or just a little internet friendship, I’m really glad you found me.
Here’s to making the most of what we’ve got, finding joy in the ordinary, and trusting God with the rest.
With love,
Hope, actually. ♡
P.S. Come hang out with me on Instagram @hopeactuallyedit. I promise lots of outfit repeating, a little chaos, and plenty of Jesus.
